Refund Policy

Our refund policy depends on when you cancel your account:

Cancellation within the initial 30-day period

If you cancel your account within the initial 30-day period starting when you sign up, you can request a refund and we will refund the full initial payment we recieved from you.

Cancellation after the initial 30-day period

If you cancel your account after the initial 30-day period, you can request a refund of the payment for the current month period assuming it's been no more than 15 days since the payment was made. We will keep all payments made by you up to that point.

Where to cancel subscription

You can cancel your subscription in your account in the Support window by clicking the button Cancel my subscription. You can open the Support window by clicking the Support button in the main toolbar menu.
